We have been testing and developing biodegradable materials together with a team from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava for more than 10 years.
Thanks to the research cooperation with the manufacturer of the base material – NonOilen® granulate – we can prepare the material for you with the desired properties in terms of size, thickness or colour. Full-colour printing of products, including round ones such as cups, is also a matter of course.
Nearly 50 people in our company are dedicated to helping you in your initiatives to reduce your carbon footprint, microplastics and fossil resource use. We have two facilities – a mould making facility and a processing facility where we manufacture your bioplastic products on a 2,200m² site. We use the following technologies:
At the beginning of our cooperation is the inquiry, in which you specify your desired product and its function. Based on your needs, we will develop 3D designs. After their approval, we will prepare the moulds.
This is followed by material tests and the production of a prototype of your product, which we will send to you for approval. Once all the details have been fine-tuned, we start production of the product quantities you require.
In general, the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Unit orders are possible, but please note that the order quantity affects the price.
The price of products depends on a number of factors such as NonOilen® type, product thickness, printing and size. Therefore, it is difficult to give an exact answer to this question.
